How do you stay safe from phishing at home or in the work place? Here are some points of reference to use when browsing:
install firewalls
rotate or change passwords regularly
know what a phishing scam is
don't click on links
don't give personal information to an insecure website
don't ignore updates
ignore pop-up ads
Hover mouse over links without clicking them and see the actual name of the link, phishers may change the text but can't change the redirect site.
